Drawing on his extensive experience in the mechanical field and his expertise in addressing theft vulnerabilities, Jan meticulously designed an refined our innovative locknut. Through countless sleepless nights, he meticulously engineered and tested every aspect of the locknut to ensure its effectiveness in the transport industry. His unwavering dedication culminated in the creation of our groundbreaking product. Subsequently, Jan embarked on the arduous task of securing both patents and design copyright which includes both design and function for our locknuts. Regrettably, there are numerous infringing locknuts in the market that blatantly copy and violate our intellectual property rights. Any locknut that closely resembles or functions similarly to our Premium and Economy Friendly Locknut is an illicit product and may be subject to legal action and potential confiscation.

 Premium Lock Nut:

Our Flagship product, the Premium Locknut, stands out from our Economy Friendly and Budget Entrée locknuts due to its significantly larger size. While this does result in a higher price point, the increased dimensions serve specific purposes with added advantages. 

First, due to its larger size, the lock nut only requires 380 Newton meters of torque for secure fasting. Second, the size presents significant challenges for removal. There is insufficient space or leverage to pry off the lock nut, and it is not possible to knock a socket over it for removal. The effectiveness of this design is evident from our track record of zero incidents of wheel loss among our clients over the past 20 years, provided they have access to the unique key code tool.

Thirdly, several of our clients have reported that their trucks have returned to the yard with only our lock nut in place, securing the wheel in place, while all other wheel nuts were removed. This is possible because the lock nut has the holding power to keep the wheel in place on the hub. This   demonstrates that our lock nut not only protected them from wheel theft but also safeguarded their trucks from damage due to a wheel coming off.

Finally, the lock nut's increased size allows it to accommodate a wide range of sizes, from 16mm to 30mm, including both left-hand and right-hand threads, while still using the same key code tool code throughout.


Firstly, due to the size it only requires 380 Newton meters of torque to fasten. Secondly, the size make removal of this extremely difficult. There is no room nor play area for leverage to try and remove the lock nut. You cannot knock a socket over it either to remove the lock nut. It is in fact so effective, that we have had no clients in 20 years loose a single wheel without the tool.

Even if you have aluminium rims that utilize shank nuts, we have a solution for you. We can provide you with lock nuts that have both short and long shanks to accommodate your aluminium rims. These lock nuts will utilize the same code as your other lock nuts, ensuring that your tool will be compatible all around.

The smaller size allows us to utilize more affordable steel, ultimately translating into a more favorable price for our valued customers.

Should you find that the cost of our Premium Locknut is presently beyond your budget, we are pleased to offer alternative solutions. We believe that budgetary constraint should not compromise the protection of your wheels, and thus we introduce our Economy-Friendly Locknut. Designed to be pocket-friendly, it provides safety at a lower cost.

The lower cost does come with a slight trade-off. It lacks the same size advantages as our Premium Locknut. Additionally, it cannot be manufactured in sizes larger than 22mmx1.5, as the nut's size does not provide sufficient steel for larger threads. While chances of removal are not as foolproof as our Premium Locknut, it remains extremely difficult to remove. In our experience, this level of security is more than adequate to deter potential thieves.

Budget Entrée Locknut:  

Our Budget Entrée locknut is a cost-effective solution for specific industrial applications. While not as effective as our Premium or Economy-Friendly Locknuts, it still serves as a deterrent for theft. This locknut was designed in response to a unique request from a mining client who experienced thread damage to our Premium locknut due to harsh environmental conditions. They required a more affordable product that could be replace more frequently. Committed to client service, we developed the Budget Entrée Locknut to meet their specific needs. 







 All Purpose Locknut:

In response to numerous client requests for a versatile smaller security solution, with great joy and pride we introduced our All-Purpose Locknut. This 3cm diameter locknut offers a wide range of applications and possibilities, making it a truly versatile security solution. Its coding system and operation are consistent with our other locknuts, ensuring seamless integration into existing security systems.

 The All-Purpose Locknut provides a comprehensive range of theft protection capabilities. Essentially, any item with a stud or nut can be secured using our All-Purpose Locknut.

Here are some examples of applications where our clients have successfully utilized the All-Purpose Locknut:





Logistic and Transport Security:

  • Battery Theft Prevention: Our customers have encountered instances of battery theft and drivers swapping out new batteries with older ones. To address these concerns, we introduced our All-Purpose Locknut, as the solution. It is designed to replace your battery nuts and effectively prevent battery theft and unauthorized battery swapping.
  • Gearbox Controller Box Theft Prevention: It has come to our attention that several of our valued clients have fallen victim to the unfortunate theft of their gearbox controller boxes from underneath their trucks. In response to this concerning issue, we have developed and implemented our innovative All-Purpose Locknut specifically designed for the gearbox controller box. This effective solution not only safeguards against the costly loss of the gearbox controller box itself but also minimizes downtime by preventing the need for truck replacement until a new controller box can be procured and installed.
  • Safeguard your trailers' content from unauthorized access: Some of our clients have installed the All Purpose Locknuts on their trailer doors for several reasons. Primarily, it prevents unauthorized access to the trailers contents. The key code tool is securely left at the delivery destination, especially if it's a regular one. Alternatively, some clients prefer to keep the key code tool in a code-operated safe that the driver can't access. The code is provided at the deliver destination and then changed, ensuring that the driver cannot open the trailer from leaving the yard until arriving at the destination. The secondary benefit is that it makes theft by criminals on the roads considerably more challenging. The All-Purpose Locknut is exceptionally difficult to remove. When used in conjunction with the steel cap and the magnet, it becomes virtually impossible. 
  • Safeguard against fuel theft, via Tank strap tampering: Some of our clients have reported incidents of diesel theft, where driver or criminals remove the tank strap nuts, slightly displace the tank, and create a hole in the bottom by puncturing it to drain the fuel. After replacing the tank, the hole is concealed and sealed by the rubber of the tank strap. Leaving the cause of increased fuel consumption unclear. Our All-Purpose Locknut effectively prevents the removal of tank straps, thereby safeguarding against fuel theft and damage to the fuel tank.

 Home Security:

  • Gate Motor Theft Prevention: Our clients have experienced theft of their gate motors, which is both costly and inconvenient. The All-Purpose Locknut is a solution that replaces one or two of the nuts on the gate motor. Once secured, it prevents unauthorized removal of your gate motor. 
  • Restricts unauthorized access to your residence with the use of gate: To prevent criminals from lifting your gate off its runners and gaining access to your property, we offer a specialized solution. Our custom-made bracket, secured with our All-Purpose Locknuts, ensures that your gate remains securely closed and cannot be easily lifted. This added security measure provides peace of mind and safeguards your residence against unauthorized entry.
  • Restricts unauthorized access to your residence with the use of windows: Some of our esteemed clients have taken the commendable step of fortifying their burglar bars with our All-Purpose Locknut. Once installed, this innovative security solution renders the removal of the burglar bars through prying virtually impossible.

  Drain Plug Locknut:

 One of the most common issues our clients face is the theft of fuel through their drain plugs. Since drain plugs are easily removable, they provide easy access for fuel theft. To address this problem, we developed the Drain Plug Locknut. By replacing your standard drain plug with our Drain Plug Locknut, you can prevent drivers or criminals from removing the drain plug and accessing your fuel for theft. We manufacture our Drain Plug Locknuts in various sizes, ranging from 6mm to 22mm.

The rotating slinger on our Drain Plug Locknut ensures that it cannot be removed without the use of the key code tool. These locknuts can be fitted on filters, at the bottom of fuel tanks, on generators, and in various other applications that utilizes drain plugs.

Some of our clients have even used these locknuts on generators to prevent unauthorized draining of oil.



 Banjo Bolt Lock Nut:

 


Our Banjo Bolt Locknut operates similarly to our Drain Plug Locknut. Banjo bolts, like drain plugs, are easily removed, providing easy access for fuel theft. There are two methods for installing Banjo Bolt Locknuts. The less comprehensive method is to simply replace the standard Banjo Bolt with our Banjo Bolt Locknut. This will prevent the removal of your Banjo bolts for fuel theft.

The second method, which is more comprehensive, is to also replace the fuel connection pipe with a steel braided pipe. This will prevent the pipe from being cut for fuel theft. Since the existing pipes are made of plastic and can be easily cut to drain fuel.

Banjo bolts are found in various locations, such as the fuel filter, drainage holes in the bottom of double tanks, and certain areas within the engine.
