This is basically a lock nut with a bolt, this can be used on anything that has a thread that you want protected, it also has a unique code like the lock nut, and requires the key code tool to removee it. We can use the j-bolt or tank strap and put a bolt on, depending on the lock nut size requested. It can be used on some spare wheel etc. Anything  that works with a bolt that you want protected.
