This replaces the nuts in the bottom of the tank, tying your tank down. It's a coded lock nut, and can oly be removed with the key code tool. Drivers and thieves remove the tank strap nuts, then  moves the tank away punches a hole in the tank and drains your diesel, then moves it back on it's place over the rubber sealing it again, making it unknown that diesel was stolen. It comes in whatever size is required most commonly 16mm.
